Job Description:

Landscape Crew Laborer

Duties and Responsibilities

Ensure that the appearance of customer properties meet or exceed expectations and that Rockology Utah’s goals are achieved at all times.
Assesses customer properties each visit and report and/or treat any special requirements.
Ensure all Rockology Utah’s policies and procedures are adhered to.
Safe operation, care and handling of all landscape maintenance equipment and tools.
Care for assigned equipment and notify the Project Manager of any required repairs.
Communicate regularly with the Project Manager regarding day to day operations and special requests.
Respond to all inquiries and requests of Project Manager in timely manner.
Represent company at various events and organizations and on jobsite.
Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

1-2 years Previous landscape experience preferred
Basic knowledge of excavation, landscaping, rock setting preferred
1-2 years of rock setting experience preferred
CDL and mid to heavy equipment experience a plus
Must be able to pass a drug test
Must be at least 18 years of age
Must have reliable transportation
Must have work boots, PPE will be provided
Must be able to maintain regular and reliable attendance at a level of acceptance to the company, including the ability to work overtime, evenings and weekends as necessary
Bilingual, a plus
Strong attention to detail
Strong oral communication skills.
Good listening skills.
Must be able to analyze problems and make sound decisions.
Must be able to operate a skid steer and mini excavator
